Phyllis Bunker engaged with the students of the Circle of Life Academy, located on the same grounds as the Indian Boarding School she once attended. As the eldest member of the White Earth Nation, Phyllis answered questions from the students during three sessions that included a diverse group from kindergarten through 12th grade. The discussions centered on her experiences as a survivor of the boarding school system.

Join us on September 30th, 2024 from 4PM to 6PM starting with a walk in honor and support the healing journeys of those affected by residential and boarding schools.
